Belltown Billiards  4-7pm everyday. $2 brews with 1/2 price happy apps, and 1/2 price pool.. kool. Belltown. 2322 First Ave.

Campagne. In Belltown. Late-night light meals offered; petit cassoulet, calamari persillade, leeks in a truffle vinaigrette, lamb sausage with pepper confit- all under $10 in the bar. A bit on the pricy side for the uber-cheap BarFly.. but it is Campagne. OUTDOOR SEATING! 10 p.m.-midnight nightly, 86 Pine, 728-2800.


Cascadia For a fancy and happy hour or visit just to sit at the gorgeous illuminated bar. The cafe and bar spring menu of "Ten Bites for Under $10" will most certainly be prepared to Cascadia's exquisite standards; includes beef tenderloin cheeseburgers, air-cured duck, penne pasta with truffle oil, and wine-braised chicken with new potatoes and spinach. Liquid Lounge Experience happy hour at EMP! Monday - Friday from 4 to 7 p.m., you don’t have to pay the $20 museum admission to get at $3 well drinks, or stuffed mushrooms, or jerked chicken wings, or pizza, or mini pulled pork sliders, or a hummus and olive plate with fresh flatbreads, or the $2.50 draft beers. F.Y.I., and/or warning: Happy hour is in full effect before Seattle Center events and games and also afterward till close with your sports ticket stub. 325 Fifth N., 770-2777.

Tia Lus  5-7pm Tues-Sat. $3 margaritas, $3 apps. Gigantic rooftop deck from the upper bar. This place is a must if you are stuck downtown during hot days. Very fun place and I found it during a classic pub mixer with Space City Mixer.. a.k.a., Andrea Martin. Mexican. Belltown. 2218 First Ave.

Paragon  4-6pm M-F. $4 Martinis, cosmos, nehi’s, and Sauza margaritas. Select apps are $5. Swanky nightlife bar. Live music on weekdays w/o cover.. nice. Top of Queen Anne. 2125 Queen Anna Ave N.
